Road Trippin!!!

This past year, I decided to say "yes" to adventure! So when a friend of mine quit her job and decided to travel through Eastern Europe by camper van and invited me to join her for a portion of the trip, how could I resist? I had never been camping or to Eastern Europe before, so I was in for quite the adventure!

First stop, Budapest!!!!

I fell in love with Budapest instantly!! What a vibrant city rich with culture, food, architecture and personality. I could spend days strolling around getting acquainted with this gem of a town. Also, we happened to be in town in time for Sziget Festival which was AHMAZING!!!

And the food...innovative and downright delicious!

As they say, all good things must come to an end. And so they next stop on our tour de jour was Romania.

I was especially fond of Romania which boasts castles and countryside. Romania has fantastic hiking, rolling hills, quaint towns, good food and lots of culture.

I really enjoyed traveling from town to town and exploring.

For the last leg of my trip, I only had one full day to explore Sunny Beach and Nessebar on the Black Sea Coast of Bulgaria. Coastal Bulgaria was stunning and filled with restaurants, sunny beaches and good times.

I will never forget the good food, new friends and fun had on this trip. I cannot wait to return to Europe in the summer to make more memories!
